Refund policy

Returns

- Items can be returned until 7 days after date of delivery.  Items returned must have tag still attached and show no signs of wear. Customers are responsible for shipping charges back to The Little Cozy Shop. Customers agree to this Terms and Conditions once order is placed. 

Refunds 

- Allow 5-7 business days for refund to go back onto original payment.
